All our buildings are delivered completely finished, as follows :

• Ceramic tiles: in all the rooms. Value per square meter to be determined with the client - not on outside walkways
• Marble sills: in every outside door or window
• False ceilings: not needed, since already in place to protect the metal structure of the building
• Internal staircase: on the metal structure, beech wood stairs 2,2 cm thickness
• Metal elements for:
  • Balcony rails or staircase hand rail
  • Protection grills to windows
• Interior doors: normal plywood doors
• Wardrobes: according to plans. MDF boards with melamine inside and outside.
• Kitchen cabinets and counter top: according to plans. MDF Boards with melamine inside and outside. Quality ALFAWOOD
• Windows-Outside doors:
  • REHAU PVC, double glazing, white colour.
  • In every window or door, roller blind aluminium type filled with polyurethane. Electric motor
  • Security door entrance.
• Bathroom appliances: all bathroom sanitaries (e.g. WC, showers, sinks, taps etc.) - quality be determined with client
• Electrical installation: classical electrical installation - to be determined with client
• Plumbing: classical installation for the kitchen and bathrooms.
• Air condition:
  • air condition split system pipes will be built-in the walls and will connect inside unit to the outside unit, positioned generally at the terrace.
• Garden works:
  • Any garden work, fencing, walk ways, soil etc will be defined with the client at an agreed price
• Connection to public networks
  • Connection to public networks (DEI, OTE, water, sewage) will need to be paid by client
